Each slot rolls rarity independently: 20% legend, 20% elite, 35% epic, 25% basic. The pact and arsenal slots roll hotter at 70% legend since every pact holder is one. Donors never repeat across slots.
Builds resolve to 7 stats: durability, speed and stamina come from the body; attack and defense start at zero and are fed by magic, control, pact and arsenal picks; mana comes from the mana-pool donor alone. Ki sharpens awareness and speed. Battle IQ boosts awareness and attack by percentage — every donor stat hand-graded from canon feats across all 124 mages.

Draft like a Magic Knight
With no rerolls, every slot is a read, not a decision tree. Magic feeds your attack and defense from a zero base — an arcane 5-leaf donor there is worth more than any body upgrade. The pact and arsenal slots add attack, defense and stamina at once, which is why open drafts swing hardest on slots four and five.
Legend donors appear roughly one slot in five, so plan around elites instead of waiting for Asta. An elite body with legend magic outranks the reverse almost every time, because body stats are bounded while donor bonuses stack without a cap. And there are no duds to fear: every slot guarantees a live donor.
The mind slot closes drafts out. Battle IQ multiplies your awareness and attack, so a late legend pull there can leapfrog builds that led all game.
