One Piece Draft Game
Build your own pirate and make him the strongest: draft a body, three haki, a Devil Fruit and a weapon from 184 canon-graded characters - then rank your custom build against the full roster. Free, no account, five minutes a draft - the best One Piece game for powerscaling debates.
How a draft works
Step 1
Pick yer body
Round 1 sets looks, name and base stats - rarity-weighted, always a big-race option.
Step 2
Harvest haki
Rounds 2–4: Armament, Observation, Conqueror's. Two guaranteed holders per round.
Step 3
Fruit & weapon
Rounds 5–6: Devil Fruit users only, then 3-of-4 weapon users. The build-defining picks.
Step 4
Mind & rank
Rounds 7–8: intelligence and battle IQ boost stats by percent - then a live rank of 185.

Draft like a Yonko
Most drafts are decided in rounds 2, 4 and 5. Armament and Conqueror's Haki feed your attack, defense and stamina from a zero base - a supreme donor there is worth more than any body upgrade. The Devil Fruit round adds five stats at once, which is why your two rerolls belong in rounds 2 through 5, never spent early on a body you merely like the look of.
God donors appear roughly one round in ten per slot, so plan around legends and epics instead of waiting for Imu. A legend body with god haki outranks the reverse almost every time, because body stats soften above 500 while donor bonuses land at full strength. And don't fear a dud: haki rounds can offer holders with nothing to give, but the guarantee system always seats at least two real donors at the table.
The mind rounds close drafts out. Intelligence multiplies your awareness and battle IQ multiplies strength, so a late god pull there can leapfrog builds that led all game. Check the characters page to learn every donor's exact numbers before you play - the best One Piece draft game players study the roster like a bounty board.
Don't fear a dud. Haki rounds can seat donors with nothing to give, but the guarantee system always fields at least two real holders per round - and Devil Fruit rounds draw from users only, so round five never blanks. Learn the safety nets instead of fearing them: two guaranteed haki holders, three guaranteed weapon users, a big-race body every opener.
Spend rerolls late, never early. The classic blunder is burning both rerolls before round five chasing a prettier body, then eating a dud Devil Fruit with no way out. Hold them: a round-five reroll that finds a Mythical Zoan, or a round-eight reroll that lands supreme battle IQ, swings more rank than any three early picks combined. Patience drafts champions.
Before ye play
How long does a draft take?
About five minutes - eight quick rounds, four donors each. Cards reveal one at a time, or tap ahead to fast-forward.
Is it free? Do I need an account?
Free forever, zero accounts. Your draft lives in the browser and vanishes when you close the tab - try again as often as you like.
What do rerolls do?
You get 2 per draft, usable in any round including the last. A reroll swaps the current 4 donors for 4 fresh faces - save them for Devil Fruit and haki rounds.
What does the final rank mean?
Your 7-stat build is scored by the same feat-graded model as all 184 roster characters. Rank #1 of 185 beats Imu himself - good luck.
Can I play on my phone?
Yes - the whole game is touch-first and mobile-sized. Draft on the bus, argue about the results everywhere else.
Who are the best donors in the draft game?
Imu, Joy Boy, Rocks and Luffy - the four gods of the roster. Imu dominates body, Armament and Devil Fruit rounds; Joy Boy owns Conqueror's; Rocks is the best pure-haki donor set; Luffy is the most drawable of the four.
Can a basic-rarity body still win a draft?
Yes. Body stats soft-cap above 500, so god bodies compress while donor rounds stay full-strength - a basic body with god haki, fruit and weapon beats a god body with basic donors nearly every time.
What is the highest rank my build can reach?
Rank #1 of 185 - above Imu himself. It takes near-perfect god donors in every round: a top-tier body, supreme haki across rounds 2 to 4, a Mythical Zoan fruit and a greatsword-class weapon, finished with strong mind-round multipliers. Most winning builds land between #5 and #30, which still beats nearly every canon pirate.
Fair winds, pirate
Every donor stat is hand-graded from manga and anime feats - grades follow demonstrated powers, unconfirmed ones stay unconfirmed, and the audit trail behind every number is public. No download, no account, no paywall: open the page, draft for five minutes, argue about the result everywhere else.
That loop - draft, rank, rematch - is the whole design. Easy to start, genuinely hard to master, and different every single run. Your best build today won't survive tomorrow's pulls, and that is exactly the point: the sea keeps dealing, and the rank keeps score. So pick yer first body, sailor. The Grand Line of donors is waiting.
Screenshot yer rank and settle it with the crew. Every build tells a story - the god you stole in round two, the reroll that saved round five, the basic body that somehow carried. Those stories are the real treasure. The numbers just keep 'em honest.
