Each slot rolls rarity independently: 40% basic, 30% epic, 20% elite, 10% legend. The body slot rolls hotter with no legend bodies and always seats a giant, oni or lunarian. Donors never repeat across slots.
Builds resolve to 7 stats: strength and durability come from the body only; attack and defense start at zero and are fed purely by haki, Devil Fruit and weapon picks; speed, awareness and stamina mix base with donor bonuses. Intelligence boosts awareness and battle IQ boosts strength by percentage — every donor stat hand-graded from canon feats across all 186 characters.

Draft like a Yonko
With no rerolls, every slot is a read, not a decision tree. Armament and Conqueror's Haki feed your attack, defense and stamina from a zero base — a supreme donor there is worth more than any body upgrade. The Devil Fruit slot adds five stats at once, which is why open drafts swing hardest on slot five.
Legend donors appear roughly one slot in ten, so plan around elites and epics instead of waiting for Imu. An elite body with legend haki outranks the reverse almost every time, because body stats soften above 500 while donor bonuses land at full strength. And there are no duds to fear: every slot guarantees a live donor.
The mind slots close drafts out. Intelligence multiplies your awareness and battle IQ multiplies strength, so a late legend pull there can leapfrog builds that led all game. Can a slot ever be a dud?
No. Every slot guarantees a live donor: the body is always a big-race fighter, haki slots always hold that haki, the fruit slot draws from users only and the weapon slot always holds a weapon.
What is the highest rank my build can reach?
Rank #1 of 187 — above Imu himself. It takes elite luck in every slot: a top-tier body, supreme haki, a Mythical Zoan fruit and a greatsword-class weapon, finished with strong mind-slot multipliers.
How is this different from the draft game?
The draft game deals 4 donors per round across 8 sequential rounds with 2 rerolls — slower, more control. Open Draft shows 1 donor per slot, all 8 at once, no rerolls — faster, pure instinct.
