Each slot rolls rarity independently: 40% basic, 30% epic, 20% elite, 10% legend. The body slot rolls hotter with heavier legend odds, and the clan slot rolls flat at 25% each. Donors never repeat across slots.
Builds resolve to 10 stats: strength, durability, speed, awareness and stamina come from the body; attack and defense start at zero and are fed purely by natures, mastery, jutsu and specials; chakra, control and battle IQ track the ninja-only economy. Body stats soften above 500 while donor bonuses land at full strength — every donor stat hand-graded from canon feats across all 78 characters.

Draft like a Hokage
With no rerolls, every slot is a read, not a decision tree. Chakra natures gate your signature pool — only natures you own unlock techniques — so locking a wide nature donor early is worth more than any body upgrade. The Jutsu Mastery slot adds bloodline plus a whole pillar at once, which is why open drafts swing hardest on slot four.
Elite donors appear roughly one slot in ten, so plan around legends and epics instead of waiting for Kaguya. A legend body with elite natures outranks the reverse almost every time, because body stats soften above 500 while donor bonuses land at full strength. And there are no duds to fear: every slot guarantees a live donor.
The entry slots close drafts out. Signature jutsu applies its numbers directly — tradeoffs included — and Special Abilities like Sage Mode or Eight Gates swing five stats at once, so a late elite pull there can leapfrog builds that led all game.
