Each option rolls rarity independently: 10% elite, 20% legend, 30% epic, 40% basic. The body round rolls hotter with heavier legend odds, and the clan round rolls flat at 25% each. Options are unique per round and never repeat an already-picked donor.
Builds resolve to 10 fields: strength, durability, speed, awareness, stamina, intelligence, battle IQ, chakra and chakra control come from the body, clan, chakra and pillar rounds; attack and defense start at zero and are fed purely by pillars and abilities. Body stats soften above 500 while donor bonuses land at full strength - every donor stat hand-graded from canon feats across all 78 characters.

Draft like a Hokage
Most drafts are decided in rounds 3, 4 and 8. Chakra gates your pillar pool - only natures you own unlock techniques - so a wide nature donor in round 3 is worth more than any body upgrade. The ninja pillar rounds each teach their full value at once, which is why your two rerolls belong in rounds 3 through 8, never spent early on a body you merely like the look of.
Elite donors appear roughly one round in ten per slot, so plan around legends and epics instead of waiting for Kaguya. A legend body with elite pillars outranks the reverse almost every time, because body stats soften above 500 while donor bonuses land at full strength. And don't fear a dud: pillar rounds always teach the donor's value even without a bloodline, but the ability round keeps real powers in circulation.
The entry rounds close drafts out. Extra Abilities apply their numbers directly - tradeoffs included - and a late elite pull there can leapfrog builds that led all game. Tailed-beast chakra never transfers by lesson, which is why the ability round decides ceilings.
Spend rerolls late, never early. The classic blunder is burning both rerolls before round four chasing a prettier body, then eating a narrow nature with no way out. Hold them: a round-four reroll that finds a Rinnegan-tier pillar, or a round-ten reroll that lands Six Paths Sage, swings more rank than any three early picks combined. Patience drafts champions.

Who are the best donors in the draft game?
Kaguya, Madara, Naruto and Hagoromo - the four elites of the roster. Kaguya dominates body, chakra and pillar rounds; Madara owns bloodlines and battle IQ; Naruto is the best chakra pool donor; Hagoromo is the most balanced of the four.
Can a basic-rarity body still win a draft?
Yes. Body stats soften above 500, so elite bodies compress while donor rounds stay full-strength - a basic body with elite pillars and abilities beats an elite body with basic donors nearly every time.
What is the highest rank my build can reach?
Rank #1 of 79 - above Kaguya herself. It takes near-perfect elite donors in every round: a top-tier body, a buffing clan, wide chakra, elite nin/tai/gen pillars and Sage-class abilities, finished with strong battle IQ. Most winning builds land between #5 and #30, which still beats nearly every canon shinobi.
