Pick an enemy squad. There are 8. Each has a level from 1 to 5. Then draft. 5 rounds. 4 shinobi each round. One pick per round. Power wins. Best slots win 0 to 5. One good nature match gives +14%.

Eight enemy squads
Uchiha: Madara, Sasuke, Itachi, Obito, Danzo. Akatsuki: Pain, Itachi, Obito, Kisame, Sasori. Five Kage: Hashirama, Tobirama, Hiruzen, Minato, Tsunade. Jinchuriki: Naruto, Killer Bee, Gaara, Yagura, Roshi.
Sannin Plus: Jiraiya, Orochimaru, Tsunade, Kabuto, Sakura. Konoha Jonin: Kakashi, Guy, Asuma, Kurenai, Yamato. Sound Five: Kimimaro, Tayuya, Sakon, Kidomaru, Jugo. Mist Swordsmen: Zabuza, Kisame, Suigetsu, Chojuro, Ao.
